High Oklahoma highschool soccer participant heading into the 2021 season

Booker T. Washington’s Gentry Williams is the top-rated player in the class of 2022 in Oklahoma according to the 247sports.com composite rankings.

After serving as BTW’s starting quarterback for year one and two, the 4-star recruit moved to wide receiver and defensive back last year. Williams tore his right cruciate ligament in early September, but is expected to run at full speed in the fall.

In his two pre-injury games, Williams stormed five times for 71 yards and one touchdown and caught eight passes for 70 yards.

He lists his last six college programs as Arkansas, Oklahoma, LSU, Missouri, USC, and Florida.

Number 2 in college football in the entire state is Edmond Santa Fe’s wide receiver Talyn Shettron. Shettron led the Wolves to the Oklahoma 6A-I State Championship Game with 61 catches for 1152 yards (18.9 / yards per catch) and 14 touchdowns.

Edmond Santa Fe’s runner-up led her to No. 6 on High School Football America Oklahoma Top 10.

The second highest candidate to receive his oral testimony is Beggs running back CJ Brown. Beggs, number 6 in state total recruitment, remains with the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
