Highschool soccer: Former Grambling State QB Charles Wright turns into Bossier’s offensive coordinator
Former Grambling State quarterback Charles Wright has joined the staff of new Bossier head coach De’Aumante Johnson as offensive coordinator.
Wright served as quarterbacks and wide receivers coach with Neville last season.
He and Johnson were teammates at GSU. Wright completed his Eligibility as a Redshirt Senior in 2019. He played in seven games and completed 37 of 61 passes for 361 yards and three touchdowns.
Wright is a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School, where he was an eminent soccer and basketball player for four years.
At his introductory press conference last week, Johnson announced that Bossier would go on the dissemination offensive. Wright is responsible for helping him install the Offensive during the summer and August preseason.
