Jemaris Jarmel Leek Jr. is the second Everett High School football player to be shot dead this week. First it was Marshawn Beard and now it was Leek Jr.

Jemaris Leek Jr., from Lansing, was found injured by a gunshot wound, according to a police report on Wednesday.

This is the third teenager killed in a murder in Lansing, Michigan this week. The wild thing is that it’s the second high school football player killed.

Leek Jr. played high school football at Everett High School, making him the second player to be killed by Everett High this week.

Marshawn Beard, the former Everett High School star football player, 16, was shot dead in downtown Lansing on Monday.
