The schedule for the first week of college football and TV times is set, and the schedule is robust as matchups and showdowns that could affect the playoffs are an absolute must. Who is ready to hit the grid again this season?

All four participants in last season’s semifinals – Alabama, Ohio State, Clemson and Notre Dame – each have the opportunity to compete against quality competitions without competing against each other in the same time slot.

“(Our fans) love these games. And to get a Clemson that most of our financial backers and alumni base have, this is a game they saw as a kid. They want this game,” said Georgia- Trainer Kirby Smart. “You want this game year after year and it probably is for Clemson too. I think Dabo would tell you the same thing. It’s a great opportunity to play a really good program and start your season on the way.”
